When will my products be delivered?   Merchandise usually ships within 24 business hours of receiving the order.  In some cases large or specialty orders may take longer to process.


Can my order be shipped using my business' account number?
  Yes, Glover Stamp can ship product via UPS using your account number with a small charge for packaging & shipping. 


Can I have an order rushed? 
You can request a rush on your order.  Rush orders have to be approved.  A $25.00 rush fee will be charged for each rush order plus an additional charge of $2.00 for each product over quantity of two.  Rush orders are ready for pickup between 2 to 4 hours after ordering.  


Can I request a quote before placing an order?
  Absolutely.  If you send us your order specifications we can give you a price quote via fax or email.  After a quote is provided we will wait until you contact us with an approval for the order before processing.  Simply fax or email in your information with the word "QUOTE" written across it.  


Can I see what my stamp will look like before placing an order?
  Absolutely.  If you send us your order specifications we will "proof" your order exactly as your imprint will be on your stamp.  Orders with logos will be sent raw without artwork labor.  Upon approval of the order artwork will be redesigned into camera ready art for production.  We will fax or email you proof to you for approval.  After a proof is provided we will wait until you contact us with an approval for the order before processing.  Simply fax or email in your information with the word "PROOF" written across it. 


What is Glover's guarantee?
  Glover has a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy.  We will do whatever we can to assure that you are completely satisfied with your product.  


Does Glover repair stamps?
  Yes we do.  If you mail Glover your stamp or embosser needing repair with a brief explanation of the repair needed we can repair your item for a nominal fee.  Repairs on self inking stamps usually requires the purchase of a replacement pad.


Can I add ink to my stamp?
  Yes.  Over time the ink or ink pad can wear out in a self inking stamp.  You can purchase ink from us and add ink to your existing pad or change out the entire pad with a new replacement pad.


How can I pay for my merchandise?
  Glover Stamp accepts American Express, MasterCard & Visa credit card payments.  We also accept personal & business checks.  You can open a Glover Stamp account by contacting Anna in the accounting department.  We will assist you with setting up a net 30 day account. 


Does Glover make signature stamps?
  Yes.  We can make a self inking, pre ink, or handle style stamp with your signature.  Fax or Email a PDF or tif. file with your signature 2 or 3 times on a piece of paper.  Assure that there are no obstructions to your signature.


Can I request a MSDS sheet for ink or rubber?
  Yes.  We are in the process of designing a link on our site to access MSDS sheets for certain items we carry.  Please contact our office if you require a MSDS sheet on a product we have sold to you. 


Does Glover offer a discount for large quantity purchases? 
Yes.  Larger quantity orders are considered on an individual basis for a discount.  Discounts are only considered on quantities of 100 or more
