Custom Artwork

In order to produce quality image on your item Glover must be provided with camera ready line art work.

What is camera ready artwork?  Camera ready line art work is a single lined artwork with zero distortion in the line with magnification.  All camera ready artwork must be black and white.  There can be no grey-scale in the artwork.

You can assure a quality product by submitting quality artwork.  Submitting artwork that has been opened in a different program than it is originally created in and then saving it will cause a transfer in the image and produce a "fuzzy" image.  To avoid this, open the original artwork file in the program it was created in.  Then "save as" the file as an acceptable file format listed below.

Acceptable formats for submitting your artwork include Corel Draw 11 or under (.CDR), Microsoft Picture It (.PNG), .PCX, .EMF, .PDF, .TIF, .BMP, .WMF, .EMF AND .DWG.

Formats that are not acceptable include JPEG & GIF files.  Also graphics created in a non graphics based program; example. Microsoft Word, Excel or Publisher.  Graphics captured from your website are also not acceptable for production.  If you have artwork on your website, contact your graphics designer for the files for the artwork.

You can submit all artwork to our artwork department by attaching the files in an email to;
artwork@gloverrubberstamp.com.  You should also include all screen and printer fonts used in True Type Fonts format (.TTF).

The art department at Glover Rubber Stamp can design a logo just for you.  Logo artwork starts at $50.00 for the first hour and $20.00 for every half hour there after.  You are welcome to make an appointment with a design team member to customize a logo with you for an additional $50 sitting fee.  You can also give our design team a basic concept of your logo and allow them to create a custom logo for you.

Designed artwork is saved in our system for 12 months from the date of the initial order.  Your logo in artwork camera ready form can also be saved for you if you supply a external media or email address for the file to be transferred to.
